PARSONS, Freeman S. - Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's on Wednesday, October 8, 2008, Freeman S. Parsons of Harbour Grace, age 75 years. Predeceased by parents: Moses and Florence. Leaving to mourn: wife: Edith, Gander; two daughters: Rhonda and Annette (Chris) Jackman, both of Ontario; two sons: Freeman Carl (Mary) Parsons, ON and Chad, Gander; eight grandchildren: Raymond (Fawn), Julian, Caitlin, Cory, Nicklaus, Jason (Tara), Brad (Aishling), Michael; five great-grandchildren: Aspen, Hunter, Lucas, Quinton and Alainah; one brother: Wilfred, Harbour Grace; one sister: Carrie Elizabeth (Parsons) Gruber, Long Island, NY and also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral Service to take place on Saturday, October 11 at 2:00 p.m. from Coughlan United Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Coughlan United Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
