I love you so much nanny. I keep thinking about you lately. I wish you were here to meet your great grand children. My daughter looks so much like you. I named her after you nanny. I still remember the day we were called to the hospital like it was yesterday. I sometimes wish you would give me a sign that your still with us, that you’re okay. Until we meet again nanny❤️

If roses grow in heaven Lord, Please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Mother's arms, and tell her their from me.Tell her I love her and miss her,and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek, and hold her for awhile.Because remembering her is easy,I do it everyday, but there is an ache within my heart, that will never go away....HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY....LOVING YOU ALWAYS...LOVE JACKIE

Always caring and helping me see things in a different way...through your eyes..Mother's Day is Sunday and I would like you to say......... HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY.... MOM...I Love you so much..

Why did she have to go. so young i jst dont know why things happen half the time without reason , without rhyme. lovely sweet young woman , daughter wife and mother, makes no sense to me i jst have to believe she flew upto heaven on the wings of angels by the clouds and stars and passed where no one sees and she walks with jesus and her loved ones waiting and i know shes smiling sayn dont worry bout me. Loved ones she left behind jst trying to survive and undertand the why, feeling so lost inside. anger shot straight at god ,then asking for his love , empty with disbelief jst hoping that maybe she flew upto heaven on the wings of angels by the clouds and stars and passed where no one sees and she walks with jesus and her loved ones waiting and i know shes smiling saying dont worry bout me. Its hard to say good bye her picture in my mind theyll always be of times ill cherish and i wont cry cause she flew upto heaven on the wings of angels by the clouds and stars and passed where no one sees and she walks with jesus and her loved waiting and i know shes smiling saying dont worry bout me , dont worr bout me (I MISS YOU SO MUCH MOMMA)

Family of Helen Donnelly, Please accept our sincere condolence on the loss of your mother. I had the pleasure of meeting your dear mother through my father Freeman Parsons who also passed away on October 8,2008. She was a very fine lady and I know she will be sadly missed. I know she loved her little dog and where ever you see Helen who would see her little companion. May God give you the strength to get through this very difficult time.

A few years ago,I adopted the name Momma for you.I loved to come in and yell to the top of my lungs and say"Momma, watcha doing?"You would say"Oh nuttin". Momma,no words could even come close to express the loss,I feel in my heart for you.I miss you sooo....much.Some of my fondest memories are when you would take your meat off your plate and give it to us.you would sneek into our room after you went to Midtown and give us some french-fries.When we would go out and I had to keep my window up so your hair wouldn't blow out, even if it was 30 degrees outside. We would go for a walk in the park and I would say...walk beside me ,Momma, not behind me.I remember swinging on the swing with you and I asked you one day out of the blue...Momma,if you were to die.. What would you want me to remember? You said ,remember that I am in a better place and I am happy.I know you are in a better place and you are happy but it is so hard not to miss you and wish you were here with us.Momma,I miss seeing your beautiful blue eyes and your smile that would light up a room.I cherish the moments and the last few chats we had before you went to be with the Lord.We are all born with special gifts and I know your gift was the gift of giving. No matter what ,you were always concerned with giving to others. When I look back at my life and I ask what I can learn from this,I know that life is about giving. It doesn't matter how big or expensive it is.It could be so much as a smile,a chat,a phone call,a how are you doing, that can change someones day.I know you had that nature within you,it didn't take much for you to touch someone else's life. You were a natural...I love you and hold you close and dear to my heart.I'll see you in heaven.Thank-you for being my Momma. All my love...Rest in peace. xoxoxo

To the Jordan and Donnelly families I was so sorry to hear of Helen's death. Although I did not see her often, when I did she would always have time for a chat and we would catch up on each others lives. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren and I know that you will all miss her. My thought and prayers are with you.

Helen Donnelly,,,,truly and dearly the very best. An Irish Funeral Prayer Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room. Everything remains as it was. The old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged. Whatever we were to each other, that we are still. Call me by the old familiar name. Speak of me in the easy way which you always used. Put no sorrow in your tone. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without effort. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was. There is unbroken continuity. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner. All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting, when we meet again. Source: derived from a sermon written by Henry Scott Holland and delivered in St. Paul's (London) on 15 May 1910, at which time the body of King Edward VII was lying in state at Westminster. Although not originally derived from Irish writings, versions of this sermon have been used at many Irish and Catholic funerals over the years.

Some of when we would sit at bingo together or just a walk in the road and she would be outside in her yard I would stop and talk to her and never would finish my walk. Always a kind lady. She will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all for a long time. God bless. Carol
