KING, Augusta Pearl - Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Friday, December 19, 2008, Augusta Pearl King of Carbonear; formerly of Western Bay, age 99 years. Predeceased by parents: Levi and Catherine (Butt) King; sisters: Lucy Harris, Stephanna 'Nellie' Murphy, Ellie King and Melba King. Leaving to mourn, special friends: Evelyn Emberley and Deanna Emberley, both of Western Bay and Doreen Dey, New York; also a number of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment to be held at the United Cemetery, Western Bay South at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
