TRICKETT, Phyllis- Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, March 15, 2009, Phyllis L. Trickett of Small Point formerly of Spout Cove, age 87 years. Predeceased by parents: Allan and Catherine Kelloway; sisters: Lillian, Hilda and Annie; brother: Eric; granddaughter: Katrina. Leaving to mourn, husband: Hubert; three sons: Winston (Joan), Carbonear, Byron (Brenda) and Roy (Sharon), both of St. John's; seven grandchildren: Jason, Janice (Jim), Kimberley, Ricky (Tanya), Rocky, Simone (Tim) and Ramona; five great-grandchildren: Paige, Duncan, Nigel, Eve and Keely; brother-in-law: Gilbert (Wilhemina) Trickett, Conception Bay South; sisters-in-law: Joyce Trickett, Carbonear and Joyce Whalen, Western Bay; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, MAIN HIGHWAY, WESTERN BAY. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, March 18 at 2:00 p.m. from Ocean View United Church and Cemetery, Broad Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Ocean View United Church Trustee Board, Broad Cove or the Janeway Children's Hospital.
