POTTLE, Bruce - Passed peacefully away at Dr. A.A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican on Tuesday, May 12, 2009, Bruce Pottle of Northern Bay, age 56 years. Predeceased by father: George and brother: Graham.; father-in-law: James Brown. Leaving to mourn, wife: Mabel; one daughter: Tina (Lindsay) Duggan, Old Perlican; one granddaughter: Stephanie; mother: Blanche, Job's Cove; one step-daughter: Tina (Gordie) Andrew, Lower Island Cove; one step-son: Toby Pilgrim, Northern Bay; one brother: Graham (Mary), Gull Island; four sisters: Florence Pittman, Torbay, Berdina Peddle, St. John's, Mona (Graham) Oliver and Sharon (Boyd) Pottle, both of Job's Cove; mother-in-law: Ida Brown, Goose Bay; ten brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Funeral service to take place on Friday, May 15 at 2:00 p.m. from Memorial United Church, Burnt Point. Cremation to follow. A private family inurnment to take place on Monday, May 18 at Faith United Cemetery, Job's Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Bruce Pottle Memorial Fund.
