DAWE, Doris - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Saturday, July 18, 2009, Doris Dawe of Ochre Pit Cove, age 89 years. Predeceased by special friend: Kenneth Pennell; brothers: Angus, Sam, Allan and Wm. John; infant sister: Elizabeth and sister: Rita Percy. Leaving to mourn, one brother: Frederick Dawe, Brigus; special nephew: Rick (Cavelle) Dawe and their daughter Alannah, Coley's Point; also a number of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay with visitation hours by request of the family on Sunday, July 19 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, July 21 at 4:00 p.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Western Bay. Interment in the United Cemetery, Ochre Pit Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the United Cemetery Fund, Ochre Pit Cove.
