MORRIS, Annie M. - Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Friday, August 14, 2009, Annie M. Morris of Lower Island Cove, age 98 years. Predeceased by husbands: Llewellyn Cull (1933) and Robert Morris (1998); daughter and son-in-law: Joyce and Bill Wiltshire; parents: William and Mary Ann Thorne; three brothers and five sisters. Leaving to mourn, son: Robert (Dianne), Carbonear; four grandchildren: Dana (Grant) Yetman, NS, Lisa (Mike) Waye, St. John's, Adam Morris (Carla Nearing), NS and Brian (Mona) Wiltshire, ON; five great-grandchildren: Liam and Kara Yetman, Simon Waye, Will and Becky Wiltshire; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay after 7:00 p.m. Saturday, August 15. Funeral service to take place on Monday, August 17 at 10:30 a.m. from Memorial United Church, Burnt Point. Interment in Bethal United Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
