GALWAY, Thomas Joseph Jr. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, December 30, 2009, Thomas Joseph Galway Jr. of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 67 years. Predeceased by parents: Thomas and Mary Alice; twin brother: Bernard; brothers: Shannon and James. Leaving to mourn, wife: Mary Emma; three daughters: Beverly (Woodrow) Hopkins, Riverhead, Harbour Grace, Kimberley (Neil) Pike, Spaniard's Bay and Charlene (Cory) James, Harbour Grace; one son: Shannon (Renia), Tilton; eight grandchildren: Melissa, Kayla, Alex, Dylan, Ryan, Brandon, Natalie and Jacob; one brother: Jerome (Christine) Galway, Riverhead, Harbour Grace; three sisters: Bernice Fitzgerald and Lorraine (Roger) Crane, both of Riverhead, Harbour Grace and Bridget (Tom) Rose, Harbour Grace; brothers-in-law: Tom (Marg) McCarthy, Patrick McCarthy and William McCarthy, all of Harbour Grace South, Gerald (Pauline) McCarthy, Barrie, ON and Michael (Mary-deceased) McCarthy, Harbour Grace; sister-in-law: Pauline Dempsey (Clifford-deceased), Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, January 2 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
