DOYLE, Marie E. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, January 7, 2010, Marie E. Doyle of Gull Island, age 86 years. Predeceased by parents: George and Mary Emberley; son: George; brother: John and sister: Marguerite Reynolds. Leaving to mourn, husband: Patrick; two daughters: Norah Delaney and Mary (Graham) Pottle, both of Gull Island; four grandchildren; David, Kimberly, Zane and Chelsey; two sisters: Annie Hall, Burlington, ON and Rose Curran, Springdale; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Funeral mass to take place on Saturday, January 9 at 1:00 p.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay. Interment in Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Cemetery, Northern Bay. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Marie's memory may be made to the Marie Doyle Memorial Fund or to a charity of ones choice.
