EVELY, Rosalie- Passed suddenly but peacefully away at her residence, Sunday, January 24, 2010, Rosalie Evely of Freshwater, Carbonear, age 78 years. Predeceased by, husband: Damon; daughter: Yvonne Marshall; parents: Gilbert and Ella; sister: Lillian Rowe. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Donna Hiscock and Cindy (Tim) Vaters, both of Freshwater, Carbonear; three sons: Raymond (Gail), St. John's, Wayne (Nina), Victoria and Gerald (Bonnie), Freshwater, Carbonear; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister: Shirley (Hedley) Preston, Mount Pearl; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear with visitation hours by request of the family on Tuesday, January 26, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, January 27 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in the United Cemetery, Freshwater, Carbonear. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to Daffodil Place.
