OLIVER, Henry - Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, Henry Oliver of Gull Island, age 62 years. Predeceased by parents: Edward and Emma; brothers: William and Augustine; sisters: Madeline Keats, Bernadette Delaney and Margaret Making. Leaving to mourn, wife: Theresa; three daughters: Jacqueline (Patrick Doyle), Ontario, Corinne (Keith) Mercer, Western Bay and Carrie (Trevor) Eddy, Lead Cove; three grandchildren: Hailey, Caden and Olivia; three brothers: Neddie (Pauline), Gull Island, Leo (Darlene) and Jerome, both of Alberta; two sisters: Winnie (Peter) Hogan and Martha (Leo) Doyle, both of Gull Island; sister-in-law: Matilda Oliver, Gull Island; brothers-in-law: Will Joe Delaney, Gull Island and James Making, St. John's; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, April 14 at 10:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay. Interment in Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Cemetery, Northern Bay. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Henry Oliver Memorial Fund.
