Obituary of Joan Wingfield

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Joan (Martin) Wingfield on March 8, 2010. She was in her eighty-first year. She is survived by her daughters: Debbie Williams and son-in-law Paul, Dr. Joan Clayton and Amber Cloutier as well as her sons: Gene Mercer and his wife Sabita and Paul Cloutier. She will be remembered with love by her grandchildren: Joel, Matthew, Jeremy, Meredith, Rebbecca, Emma, Mackenzie, Clay, Morgan and Aidan. Cremation has taken place. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Wednesday, March 10 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 11 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. Inurnment in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Homecare Division c/o TCP Health Foundation.
