PENNEY, O. Jeanette- Passed suddenly but peacefully away at her residence on Friday, April 23, 2010, O. Jeanette Penney of Salmon Cove, age 60 years. Predeceased by parents: James and Louisa Parsons; parents-in-law: Moses and Ethel Penney; sister-in-law: Lucy Joan Penney. Leaving to mourn, husband: Sterling; two daughters: Kelly (John) Murphy, Carbonear and Lucy Penney (Andrew Mugford), Salmon Cove; one son: Sterling Jr. (Joanne Bishop), Salmon Cove; four grandchildren: Olivia, Chloe, Heather and Daniel; two brothers: Fred (Marilyn) Parsons, Victoria and Sandy (Shirley) Parsons, Alberta; four sisters: Ella (Wayne) Marshall and Murley (Don) Gillespie, both of Carbonear, Margaret (Dave) Snow, Shearstown and Emma (Jack) Garnham, Ontario; sister-in-law: Joan (Jim) Fitzpatrick, Carbonear; brothers-in-law: Derrick (Vera) Penney, Salmon Cove, Willis Penney (Christine Waterman), Ontario and Henry Penney, Alberta; also a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral Service to take place on Monday, April 26 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church, Victoria. Interment in Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Victoria. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Jeanette Penney Memorial Fund.
