OATES, Beatrice Margaret Northcott - Passed peacefully away in the presence of her husband and family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, June 4, 2010, Beatrice Margaret Northcott Oates of Carbonear, age 67 years. Predeceased by parents: Fred and Margaret Northcott. Leaving to mourn, husband: Cecil; three daughters: Tracy, Carbonear, Tina (John), England and Wynette (Robert), Carbonear; son: Warren, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta; two beloved granddaughters: Sara and Caroline; brother: Albert Northcott, Dunville; also a large number of other relatives and many special lifelong friends and neighbours. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Monday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to her favorite charities, the Salvation Army Band, Carbonear, Daffodil Place or the Arthritis Society of NL.
