WARFORD, Mary J. - Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex, St. John's on Thursday, June 17, 2010, Mary J. Warford of Victoria, age 82 years. Predeceased by husband: Sidney Reid; father: Samuel King; mother: Adelina King; brothers: Robert and Herbert; step-sister: Harriett. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Linda (Ray) Lahey, Cambridge, ON and Eva Skanes, Whitbourne; son: Sidney R. Jr. (Theresa), Cambridge, ON; six grandchildren: Michelle (Keith), Tanya (Steve), Sherry (Brent), Joanne (Jeff), Kandice (Kris) and Trevor (Iria); six great-grandchildren: Nicole, Steven, Nicholas, Sydney, Mickayla and Aaden; special family: Ron (Lillian) Penney, Kelligrews, Warrick (Vivian) Penney, Carbonear, Lloyd (Joan) Penney, Salmon Cove, Joyce (Norm) King, Victoria, Hayward Penney, Alberta and Graham-deceased (Marie) Penney, NS; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Monday, June 21 at 2:00 p.m. from St. James Anglican Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Lung Association in memory of Mary's husband, late Sidney Reid Warford.
