STONE, Walter M. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, April 22, 2012, Walter M. Stone of Harbour Grace, age 62 years. Predeceased by parents: Walter and Marguerite Stone; sister: Glenna. Leaving to mourn, wife: Amy; one daughter: Corrinne Stone, Calgary, AB; four sons: Stephen (Samantha), Alberta, Terry (Jill), Bay Roberts, Richard, British Columbia and Dion (Charlene), Bay Roberts; five grandchildren: Ellie, Janna, Tristan, Avery and Jaxson; one sister: Judy (Gerald) O'Keefe, Alberta; special cousin: Paul Stone, Hr. Grace; special friends: Jim (Linda) Snow, Hr. Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, April 26 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. Interment in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.
