ADAMS, Margaret I. Udell - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Saturday, October 2, 2010, Margaret I. Udell Adams of Carbonear, in her 100th year. Predeceased by husband: Jack Adams; parents: John and Mabel Udell; brothers: Graham, John, William and Alec; sisters: Emma, Mary and Dorothy. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are her brother: Harold (Bernice), St. John's; nephew: John; nieces Marilyn, Jane (Phil), Elinor, Margaret (David), Janice, Joyce and Nancy; also a number of other relatives and friends of Elizabeth Towers, St. David's Presbyterian Church, the IODE, the Seniors Resource Center, all of St. John's, the Community Library, Corner Brook and Beta Sigma Phi. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear with visitation hours by request of the family are: Sunday, October 3 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, October 4, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, October 5 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, October 5 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in Bethany United Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Bethany United Cemetery, Carbonear.
