Obituary of Evelyn I. Oliver

OLIVER, Evelyn I.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, January 20, 2006, Evelyn I. Oliver of Burnt Point, age 74 years. Predeceased by husband: Raymond and parents: William and Rebecca Northover. Leaving to mourn, four daughters: Carol Ann (Lloyd) Wicks, Burnt Point, Janet Oliver (Kevin McAleese) and Diane (Emile) Hatch, both of St. John's and Joanne (Chris) Doyle, Gull Island; four sons: Robert (Della), Burnt Point, Bruce (Patricia), Northern Bay, Randy (Betty), Gull Island and Rick (Carmel), Freshwater, Carbonear; seventeen grandchildren: Kelly, Ryan, Aileen, Owen, Steven, Amanda, Michael, Mallory, Karlie, Christa, Robin, Nancy, Melanie, Ashley, Danielle, Tristan and Tyler; four great-grandchildren: Alexandra, Taylor, Hailey and Alexa; three brothers: William (Joan) Northover, Manuels, Bob (Ruby) Northover, Cambridge, ON and George (Joan) Northover, Uxbridge, ON; three sisters: Shirley (Dave) Thompson, Bay Roberts, Mary Northover, Kilbride and Gloria (Craig) Brown, Blind River, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Calvary United Church, Burnt Point and from where the funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 24 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Calvary United Cemetery, Burnt Point. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Calvary United Church.
