PARSONS, Violet - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, April 7, 2003, Violet Parsons of Harbour Grace South, age 76 years. Predeceased by husband: Clarence W. 1994; sons: Aubrey 1993 and Ross 1995; brother: Hayward Verge; sister: Mabel Smith. Leaving to mourn four daughters: Dorothy (Joseph) Cooper, Harbour Grace, Ivy (Robert) Penney, Toronto, ON, Holly (William) Jenkins, Sunridge, ON and Linda Parsons (Edward Strickland), Southriver, ON; five sons: Rendell (Terry), Toronto, ON, Robert, ON, Albert (Cathy), Southriver, ON, Terry (Cathy), Riverhead, Harbour Grace and Tony (Christine), Southriver, ON; 33 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one brother: Harrison Verge, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE until 12:00 noon Thursday, April 10. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Coughlan United Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Flowers gratefully accepted. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. daily.
