Obituary of Jean Sparkes

SPARKES, Jean Shirley - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, May 19, 2003, Jean Shirley Sparkes of Lower Island Cove, age 68 years. Predeceased by parents: William and Jane Begg. Leaving to mourn husband: John C.; one daughter: Linda (Gary) Delaney, Lower Island Cove; three sons: Wayne (Diane), Barrie, ON, Terry (Deanna) and Paul, both of Lower Island Cove; five grandchildren: Michael, Colleen, Shylo, Philip and Julian; one sister: Joyce (Gil) Archer, Acton, ON; mother-in-law: Sarah Sparkes, Lower Island Cove; brother-in-law: Melvin (Gladys) Sparkes, Lower Island Cove; sister-in-law: Bertha (John L.) Sparkes, Lower Island Cove; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove and from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, May 21 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove.
