PARSONS (nee Antle), Marilyn - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital, on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, Marilyn Parsons (nee Antle) of Carbonear, age 51 years. Predeceased by: father: Sidney; sister: Rhoda Cole. Leaving to mourn, two sons: Jimmy, Whitehorse, Yukon and Jeffrey (Karen), Carbonear; one grandson: Brandon Parsons; mother: Pauline Antle, Victoria; four brothers: Howard Antle, Labrador, Randy (Laura) Antle, New Brunswick Wylie (Prudence) Antle, Saskatchewan and Dean Antle, Victoria; two sisters: Corina White, Carbonear and Cindy Holmes (John), Ontario; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear after 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 9. Funeral service to take place on Friday, March 11 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church, Victoria. Interment in the Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Marilyn Parsons Memorial Fund. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. daily.
