Obituary of Bramwell G. Pilgrim

Passed peacefully away at his residence on Thursday, May 16, 2019, Bramwell G. Pilgrim of Carbonear, age 71 years. Predeceased by parents: George and Margaret; brother: Wellington; parents-in-law: Edith and Thomas Ash; sister-in-law: Gladys. Leaving to mourn, wife: Winnifred; three sons: Brooks (Amanda), Torbay, Bret (Laura), and Braeden, both of St. John’s; four grandchildren: Bridget, Gavin, Matthew, and Nathan; three brothers: Carlson (Debbie) and Craig (Sharon), both of Carbonear, and Kent (Violet), Dildo; two sisters: Helen (Ross) LeDrew, Carbonear and Lorraine, Ontario; sisters-in-law: Lillian Pilgrim and Peggy Crane, both of Carbonear; brothers-in-law: Thomas Ash (Marcella), Victoria and George (Sylvia) Button, Lead Cove; a number of nieces, nephews; the Salvation Army Church Family, other relatives, and friends. Visitation will take place at the Salvation Army Citadel, Carbonear on Friday, 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. A celebration of life service to take place on Sunday, May 19 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Carbonear. Inurnment to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Daffodil Place, 70 Ropewalk Lane, St. John’s, NL, A1E 5T2.
