PERRY, Eric R.- Passed peacefully away at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, St. John's on Friday, May 2, 2008, Eric R. Perry of Western Bay, age 86 years. Predeceased by wife: Venus 1982, brother: Fred; sister: Millicent. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Jennifer (Charles) Shallow, Mount Pearl; one son: John E., Stratford, ON; three grandchildren: Carmen, Elizabeth Ann and Caroline; one brother: Jim (Helen), Winnipeg, MB; three sisters: Triffie (William) Green, Western Bay, Phyllis McConnell, ON and Shirley (Ross) Steele, St. John's; sister-in-law: Betty Perry, Mount Pearl; friend and companion: Clare Wall, Mount Pearl; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western BAY on Saturday, May 3 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 4 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Noel's Funeral Home, Western Bay. Inurnment at a later date. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
